Vicar: The Rev'd Brenda Rockell - mother of Emerson and Maddie, wife of Andrew and Vicar of St. John's, Brenda has been a teacher and Baptist minister before retraining for the Anglican Church. Brenda brings gifts of preaching, music and spiritual companioning. She has a particular passion for contemplative and creative liturgical worship. Brenda is also Vocations Chaplain for the diocese, being the first point of contact for people exploring discernment for ordained ministry. Alongside these roles, Brenda is currently studying towards a Doctor of Ministry degree through the School of Theology at Sewanee, The University of the South in Tennessee.
